Some people like to see things very clearly. Out of sight means out of mind for them. But others may feel like everything needs to be in a nice container with an attractive label. They don't need to see the items, just know where they are.

In our needs assessments, we ask if the person would like to be hands on involved with the process or just available for questions. We've even had some not want to be there at all. I have one client that I never had the opportunity to meet in person.

Some clients want their organized spaces to look like examples they found on Pinterest. Others don't need it to be that extravagant.
